1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your first coaching session, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. Coaching Sessions

Individual sessions: Refundable if requested within 14 days. Six-Week Program: Refundable if you complete fewer than 2 sessions. Monthly Coaching: Cancel anytime; no refund for completed sessions.

3. Digital Guides

Non-refundable after download. All sales final.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule free of charge if notice given 48+ hours before session. Less than 48 hours: session fee retained.

5. Refund Process

Email info@elegantglow.world with your request and invoice. Refunds processed within 10 business days to original payment method.

6. No-Show Policy

Sessions not attended forfeited unless rescheduled 48+ hours prior. Multiple no-shows may result in service termination.
