No. We explicitly avoid restrictive dieting approaches. Our focus is on education, habit formation, and building flexibility. We teach you principles so you can make informed choices that work for your life.

We are certified lifestyle coaches with training in health education. We are not doctors, medical professionals, or registered dietitians. For medical concerns, consult your GP or a registered dietitian.

Sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom or similar). After booking through our contact form, you'll receive a calendar link and joining details. Sessions are private and confidential.

We offer a 14-day refund policy for your first session if you're not satisfied with our approach. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

We recommend professional psychological and medical support for eating disorders. Our coaching is designed for general nutrition education and habit building, not clinical treatment.

Yes. Cancellations or rescheduling made 48 hours before your session incur no penalty. Less than 48 hours notice, the session fee is retained.
